Greater energy efficiency in three steps

1. Install sensor films

For large-area energy monitoring, the sensor film—just 0.5 mm thin—can be attached easily to equipment and heat storage systems using adhesive or magnetic mounts. The non-invasive installation requires no drilling, operational interruptions, or additional wiring and takes only a few minutes.

2. Capture data

The temperature sensors integrated into the sensor film continuously capture temperature across the entire area. This creates a detailed, spatially resolved temperature profile in real time, clearly revealing thermal stratification and temperature distribution. The IoT box sends the data wirelessly (BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT) or via cable (Modbus RTU/TCP) to a system of your choice.

3. From visualization to optimization

Temperature and energy profiles can be visualized in real time, making energy losses and thermal inefficiencies visible and measurable. Spatially resolved real-time data enables demand-based optimization of energy flows and load management, reducing energy consumption, operating costs, and CO₂ emissions.
